Two additional shelters are under construction in Basai and Begampur Khatola, but they, too, can only accommodate 50 dogs each. But you should be able to do performance sports without fixing the dog with his limited registration number.You cant show a dog in AKC that has either limited registration or PAL reg. You do not need to neuter to register your dog provided his parents are registered and the breeder registered the litter and would not need to use PAL. Your breeder should have either already registered your dog or provided you with the appropriate paperwork to complete the registration.A limited registration does mean your dog is registered with the AKC. It just means you can't do conformation or register offspring. No need for PAL to do sports. Have you given the breeder a name for the pup or did they give you paperwork to do it yourself?
